Nathan Adler Garfunkel

Nathan A. Garfunkel was born on October 5, 1950. He graduated from Jenkins High School in 1969, and
attended Miami Dade Junior College from 1971 to 1973. Nathan began working for A.J. & C. Garfunkel on
January 1, 1973, and now heads the Property Casualty Insurance Division of A.J. & C. Garfunkel. On June
8, 1975 he married Lisa Epstein of Memphis, TN and is the father of six. Nathan currently serves as a
director of the Rourke Memorial Trust; is a past president of the Savannah Hebrew Day School and is the
President of the Congregation B'nai Brith Jacob Synagogue.

David Garfunkel

David Garfunkel was born on November 15, 1953. He graduated from Jenkins High School in June of 1971,
and attended the University of Miami. Majoring in Finance, he received a Bachelor of Business
Administration in May of 1975. On September 1, 1975, David married Halle Epstein of Memphis, TN and is
a father of four and grandfather of nine. On January 1, 1976 he began working for A.J. & C. Garfunkel
and is the broker of the office. He has been called as an expert witness in the Superior Court of Chatham
County in Real Estate matters. He has served as a past president of the Sertoma Club of Savannah; past
president of the B'nai Brith Jacob Synagogue Brotherhood, served on the Board of Directors at the Jewish
Educational Alliance, the Savannah Jewish Federation, the Rape Crisis Center, the Savannah Development and
Renewal Authority, the Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce Roads Committee, Savannah Board of Realtors
Building Committee, State of Georgia Real Estate Ethics and By Laws Committee; Foreman of the Chatham
County Grand Jury; and is a Five Gallon Donor of the American Red Cross. In 2000, David formed Dagar,
LLC which became David Garfunkel & Co., LLC in 2006. Last Year, David's transactions exceeded $101,000,000.
His partnerships include holdings in Georgia, Alabama, Arkansas, Texas, Florida and North Carolina.

Charles Garfunkel

Charles Garfunkel was born on April 1, 1958. He graduated from the Yeshiva of the South in Memphis, TN in June of
1976 and graduated with a B.S.B.A. with a concentration in tax accounting from Boston University in June of 1981.
He began working for A.J. & C. Garfunkel in September of 1981. His job responsibilities are those of operations,
acquisitions and the daily financial aspects of our company. Charlie has led A.J. & C. Garfunkel and various special
purpose entities to acquire and/or redevelop the following properties: Garden City Shopping Plaza in Garden City, GA;
Evans Square Shopping Center in Cross City, FL; Live Oak Shopping Center in Live Oak, FL; Camden Woods Shopping Center
in Kingsland, GA; Northlake Village in Atlanta, GA; Town Park Plaza in Rincon, GA; Park Center Commons in Ocala, FL;
Corridor Market Place in Laurel, MD; Regal Cinemas at the Savannah Mall; The United States Customs Laboratory at the
SPA Park in Savannah, GA; and River Pointe Shopping Center in Canton, GA. Charlie is a past president of Congregation
B'nai Brith Jacob and it's Brotherhood, Past President of Rambam Day School, a past board member of the Savannah Jewish
Federation, and a board member of ARMDI for the Southeastern United States.

Martha joined A.J. & C. Garfunkel in June of 2003. Raised in Savannah, with past experience in customer service with such companies as Dollar Rent-A-Car, Johnson Exterminating
and JEM Cleaning Services, Martha is the point person for all service calls and handles all incoming phone calls.
